Administrator
Nora O'Gorman, LNHA
Nora has been the Administrator of Alden of Waterford since May 2007. She came to Alden of Waterford from Alden Naperville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center where she was the Administrator for 2 ½ years. She has worked in long-term care sine 1985 and has held various positions in Dietary, Activities and Social Services over the years. She graduated from St. Xavier University in Chicago with a B.A. in Sociology and Gerontology. She worked as an Assistant Administrator in a long-term care facility for two years before becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 1996. She has been an Administrator ever since. To add to her accomplishments, Nora graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 2006.
Director of Nursing
Kimmie Dile, RN
Kimmie Dile has been the Director of Nursing since May 2007. Prior to coming to Alden of Waterford, she served as Director of Nursing for Alden Naperville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. Kimmie graduated from Western Kentucky University with a B.A. in Nursing and has been in the nursing field since 1992. She has held various positions in nursing, including in the long-term care, home health and emergency room settings. She is currently working on extending her education.
